If you have been looking for a full featured program to track your automobile information, whether for personal or corporate use, this program is for you. Auto Analyst is a Windows 95 program (tested under Windows 95 and Windows NT v4.0) designed to track gasoline, maintenance, insurance and general information for your automobiles. Gasoline fill-ups can be tracked for cost and to watch for substantial change in your MPG as this may signal a possible problem. You can enter your vehicle maintenance information and track when maintenance is due by mileage and by date.
There are more than 80 automotive tasks that the program can build or you can build your own list of automotive tasks. You can change these tasks and add new ones whenever you want. There is a new "Other" transaction type in this version which allows you to keep track of insurance payments, loan/lease payments and other information.
Through the Gasoline, Maintenance and Other transactions, the program can perform analysis on your data. There are Loan/Lease, Gasoline MPG and Total and breakdown Cost Analysis. There are 9 reports that you can customize to document your use. Also, there are 6 graphs that you can customize to visually check your data.
The program, after registering, is only limited by disk space. You can track a virtually infinite number of vehicles of any type with a virtually infinite number of transactions for each vehicle.
